Just to share with you KLCI market wrap for the week ended 12 September 2008
The KLCI fell to a 22-month intraday low of 1,039.65 points on Thursday due to pressure selling by foreign institutional investors. A loss of 2.5% to close at 1,044.03 points for the week was registered.
Mix reaction shown in the regional market. Japan, Korea and Taiwan picks up following gains in the U.S market.
Overseas markets are likely to influence the Local market as investors monitor the outlook for commodity prices, economic growth and interest rates.
